We had Bella Terra do a complete front yard redo. That included parkway tree removal; all grass and shrub removal; sidewalk, street gutter, walkway, and driveway concrete removal; house water-line replacement to the water meter; pouring a new driveway with inset brickwork; pouring a new walkway and front porch and overlaying both with herringbone brickwork; installing drains through the porch for planter pots; and pouring a sidewalk, gutter, and mow strip (with inset fence bracketry). They also installed an underground set of valves to control their new sprinkler system and drip system. They laid sod and planted two trees as well as all of the ornamental plants, laid a layer of tanbark throughout the planted sections of the yard, and installed low voltage LED lighting to accent various areas.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process, as well as the results. Raul Ureno was easy to work with, accommodating, and did not deviate from his original bid. He told us what to expect in advance, and completed the job in a very reasonable time. Raul did not juggle other jobs at the same time as mine, but rather gave my job priority during the entire process. Clean-up each day was meticulous. The crew was friendly and talented. Raul's bricklayer was an artist, and matched brick cuts in the design throughout the walkway and porch. It exceeded all our expectations.

I would hire Raul again for any additional work I might undertake, and highly recommend him to others.
